# Risks\&Disclaimer

1. Oracle error: OT uses oracle price feed(mark price in perpetual) for perpetual trading, PnL calculation, forced liquidation, etc will be affected once oracle is hacked or unable to provide reliable price feeds. OT built a keeper to feed price to OT perps contract on zkSync since there is no decentralized oracle on zkSync network, will switch to decentralized options as soon as they are available.
2. Oracle for Aptos and Sui networks: Pyth.network.
3. Smart contract bug; smart contract that drive spot swap, lending/borrow and perpetual swap are written from scratch by OT, we cannot rule out possibility of code bugs even after audit
4. OT token can be used for protocol governance and there is no guarantee of price appreciation. Buying or selling of token is supposed to be a decision made on your own and OT is not responsible for your financial decisions
5. Users from US, China, Iran, North Korea are not allowed to use the platform according to regulatory rules in their perspective jurisdiction.
6. The information provided on our website does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You also agree that the team is presenting the token “as is” and is not required to provide any support or any purchase.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://onchaintrade.gitbook.io/ot/risks-and-disclaimer.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
